Ingredients:

Each capsule of Biokult Probiotics contains at least 2 billion probiotics micro-organisms per capsule (2x 1 billion CFU / capsule), equal to 10 billion probiotics micro-organisms per gram (> 1 x 10 billion CFU / gram).

Consisting of:
Bacillus Subtilis PXN 21, Bifidobacterium bifidum PXN 23, Bifidobacterium breve PXN 25, Bifidobacterium infantis PXN 27, Bifidobacterium longum PXN 30, Bifidobacterium longum PXN 30, Lactobacillus acidophilus PXN 35, Lacteckacac. Bulgaricus PXN 39, Lactobacillus casei PXN 37, Lactobacillus plantarum PXN 47, Lactobacillus rhamnosus PXN 54, Lactobacillus helveticus PXN 45: Lactobacillus salivarius PXN 57, Lactococcus lactis ssp. Lactis PXN 63, Streptococcus thermophilus PXN 66.

Concentration of 2 billion microorganisms per capsule is guaranteed for the shelf life.

Instructions:

1-2 capsules of Biokult Probiotics once or twice daily with meals with a glass of water or as recommended by your doctor, specialist or dietician. Bio-Kult capsules can be swallowed or taken apart and the contents can be mixed with drinks or sprinkled over your food.

If you are taking antibiotics: 4 capsules a day at a different time from the antibiotics. Continue to take it until at least 2 weeks after the antibiotics have ended.

For travellers: 1 week before departure follow the general use guideline, 4 capsules per day when travelling. Keep taking it until at least 1 week after returning home.

Children under 12: half dose.

During pregnancy: Probiotics BioKult is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we always advise consultation with your doctor or specialist before taking a dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
