From grape to raisin

The grapes are harvested in September and then two to three weeks dried in the sun. There are no chemical operations performed so the blue thompson sultanas as one of the few sultanas may carry the organic label.

Healthy properties product and applications

These sultanas are gluten free and vegan. The taste is thanks to the red grape skin fresh sweet and sour. Good to use in oatmeal, yogurt, muesli, pudding, mixed with nuts or eat as a snack.
