Relaxing Golden Milk (Turmeric tea)

One teaspoon Chamomile powder (sachet or fresh)
1 pinch of organic Turmeric powder
1 pinch of black pepper
2 cm fresh ginger (peeled and cut into pieces)
Slice of fresh lemon
Honey to taste
Optional: a dash of almond milk
Preparation Turmeric tea
Boil water. Wait until the water has cooled down to a maximum of 80 degrees. This way you preserve the goodness of the ingredients when you add them. Pour the water into your favorite mug. Add the chamomile, turmeric, fresh ginger, black pepper, and almond milk if desired. Squeeze the lemon slice over your mug and then drop it in. Stir until all the ingredients are well blended. Finally, add honey to taste. Stir again until the honey is dissolved.
